Campsites near the Cotswolds? (1 Viewer)

we are planning to go to the Cotswolds in Sept can anyone recommend nearby sites?

We ran a WildAx Owners Group meet here and found it very good - http://www.hardwickparks.co.uk/.

There is another site not far from here, http://www.lincolnfarmpark.co.uk/ which has won several awards. Both these are near Witney.

CC site at Cirencester - close to town so can walk in through a lovely park. (went last weekend)
CC site at Moreton on Marsh - again close to village so can walk in (going this weekend)
there is also a couple of private sites at the Cotswold water park.

The CC site in Broadway is a lovely site and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Broadway, plus lovely walk up the hills surrounding.

We have also used a site at Bourton on the Water, called Field Barn Park

We enjoyed both sites and the local area

I've tended to use Winchcombe C&CC site when visiting the Cotswolds and Chippenham. Nice wardens. The ducks are friendly too
