We are about to exchange our American RV for a Bessacar and want to go to Cockington for our first trip out. Can anyone recommend a good site, we have two large dogs .
campsites near cockington torquay (1 Viewer)

OK .. so no campsites near Cockington... I did find one called Widdecombe Farm Touring Park which is an adults only site but it seems that they are very selective as to which dogs they take too. When asked what type of dogs I had, they seemed OK with my 10 stone Leonberger, but refused my German Shepherd.
When I told them that a German Shepherd dog was not on the dangerous dogs list, they replied that it wasn't the dogs.. but the owners !!!! Cheers then. :Blush:
Seems that we wont be going there, so can anyone recommend a site in the West Country that is worth a visit for a first trip out.. (that is dog friendly of course)
