Hi from a site newbie
I'm looking for a cheap site to stay at somewhere near Bristol (slightly north or east preferred). Travelling from kent, will not arrive much before 7.00 / 8.00 pm and need to leave about 8.00 in the morning so not needing much in the way of facilities. Have Land Rover Defender with roof tent so no hook up required either. Internet has only turned up the rather posh looking Baltic Wharf caravan club site in Bristol at ÂŁ23.40 for one night. Will be travelling to Westbury on Trym which is about 10 miles north of the centre of Bristol to arrive by 9.00 am latest.
(We are visiting the school at Westbury on Trym as part of UK tour of schools to conduct an assembly and show children round our 'campsite' in the playground, before we undertaken 2 year expedition.)
