Hi all,
We are going to our niece's wedding next year in early june which she is having in Marbella.
We have three sites in mind and wonder if anyone has been to any of these and would like to comment good or bad before we make up our mind.
The sites are.
1. La Buganvilla
2. Marbella Playa
3.Camping Cabopino
We will be staying for aprox 7 nights.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Steve, we're as envious as hell but have no knowledge apart from driving past a few of these sites.

From description and photos Marbella Playa looks bloody good. Much of a muchness on price though.

Have a good-un................Griff

On Cabopino for the winter and have been coming here for the last 4 years.
I would consider it to be the best one in the area, but those who winter on the other sites would probably disagree.

La Buganvilla is the nearest to Marbella but not by much.

We stayed at cabopino for a few days in Feb this year. We found it to be a good site, not far from a nice walk by the sea. Facilities were good. Staff helpful, and organised a hire car for us. You can also catch a bus to marbella, ot to fuenguirola the other way, just outside the site.

The restaurant was pricey, and one night it was noisy anywhere near the bar (a singer not really to my taste!)

If you want to go there, as I recall they take camping cheques so the cost is quite low if you use them (if not might be worth getting a silver card just for that)

Cabopino :thumb:& Bouganvilla are much of a muchness but Cabopino has more going on. Marbella Playa is extremely tight for space on pitches & the entrance gates are low.

Enjoy your visit

Been to Camping Marbella a few times, mainly in the winter, a good site, nice and flat, great supermarket, right by the beach and plenty of eateries nearby including a lovely beach bar with good food and live music.
