Campsite near Preston (1 Viewer)

Hello
Hopefully someone might be able to help. We are attending a youth 3 day cycling competition near Preston and need to find a campsite. Unfortunately its the bank holiday weekend 29th, 30th and 31st (which I didn't know about coming from Scotland!)
I have phoned Brylea Caravan Park but they are full - any other suggestions?

The only other i can think of which is classed as a preston site is the Royal umpire at Croston which is about 12 miles from preston, if you can manage without elec, and use own sanitation there is a funster on here (ips) whos wife has a little sc site in that area as well, you could give her a ring.

Thanks, just managed to book a cl near Preston, so delighted. I was worried about the bank holiday and thought we would be wild camping.
Will make a note re the other cl and your number for future.
