Campsite in holmfirth (1 Viewer)

Been to holmfirth for three days , stayed on a new campsite right above the town, looking down into the valley, the very friendly owner has got it in ccc but it is that new it Isn't in the book yet, water and emptieing is set up but they are still building the toilet and shower, if anyone is into last of the summer wine, the campsite is in the field at the side of the road the coppers are always parked on talking.
I have been criticised on here many times for saying sites are too dear and I wouldn't say this one is cheap at a tenner a night, but for the position and amenities I think it's good value and good luck to her.:thumb:

But it is in ideal place only drawback is narrow windy road up to it, ok as long as you don't meet anything.
Btw it is open all year which is another bonus:thumb:
