Wow- its taken a couple of months to get here, but we've finally had a cuppa tea in the camper! A lovely afternoon in the chilly sunshine at Shotley in Suffolk . .

I noticed you mentioned breaking a control knob on the fridge. In July last year, when I was helping my son do up his Bedford campervan, we needed one for an RM122 fridge and got it on eBay from Abergavenny Caravans.

Enjoyed the vid, movie making is another of my pastimes too.
Brought back some good memories of Shotley point marina, formerly HMS Ganges, Last time there we locked out aboard a former boat of mine for the crossing to Belgium. Looks like it would be nice to revisit in the MH. :0) Dave

Shotley is a good place to spend an hour or two, but you can't stay overnight . . but there is a smallish site at the top of the hill. The pub at the marina is okay but quite expensive (I think), and the pub at the bottom of the hill, The Bristol Arms, has only just re-opened, so we don't know what it is like.
