Calor gas in Portugal (1 Viewer)

Taking an empty red 6kg bottle off the van today I've seen stamped/embossed into the neck "Eurogas UKPP90, Mat.B Alfa Portugal.

This is the same size and shape as our bottles and Calor have their usual white name and weight printed on the front. Would this be a Portugese bottle that Calor have annexed on its return or has JJ magicked up a Calor gas supplier for English tourists?

hi . you will find that over the years portugal was one of the biggest countries making gas bottles for countries all over europe .
you do find all sorts of cross overs .
i have total gas bottle here but remarked as flo gas .

I do believe the Gaslow bottles are all made here in Portugal...

there is a lpg garage on the 125 that will refill the english bottles

there are lots of gpl places in portugal that will fill uk bottles . plus loads of garages that dont care if you do it yourself.
now we can see why gaslow have such low quality bottles ,ha ha .
