Sounds odd Sandra? Falkirk meet is full, orkney meet isn't yet open. Why is the Falkirk meet the key to being considered for acceptance to Wick and Orkney meets.

All part of the 4 meets Scotland thread Norman.

It wouldn't be fair if those folk weren't given first opportunity. There's always going to be winners and losers. I am trying my best to be fair and some have lots of miles to travel so attending more than one meet makes it worthwhile.
It's not an easy task but no one else in Scotland seems to want to make the effort and organise any.
How about you? There seems to be plenty interest.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me that those travelling to Falkirk get first option on other meets in Scotland even if it means I may be one of the losers regarding Wick.

Sandra suggestion about stopping the list for now seems resonable to me... it's a logistical nightmare and until she can liaise with peter and nicole that's the best way forward..
Again if it's Sandra doing the organising then she has to make decisions and has said she will try and give priority to people travelling long distances to attend Falkirk. . Again as an organiser her decision but sounds resonable to me..
It's possible that a work around can be found but Sandra and Peter and nicole have to chat first..
My thoughts anyway...
