Just a quick post to sing the praises of Cadac after sales service.

Mine set on fire last weekend - no idea how but the plastics around the ignition melted.

E-mail was sent to them on Monday - brand new BBQ arrived friday.

Has anyone ever had better customer service?

Mine set on fire as well last year. Also Eddies set on fire last year at the Americana. Now in all seriousness, Papajohn is right, with me and Eddie not known for our DIY skills there may be something in John's statement. But like you Cadac replaced mine without an issue.
