Had my medical done by our local medical practice rather than by a 'mobile doctor' as I thought they would have all my records and it would just be a paper exercise.
Cost £100 I think but boy, did she give me a good going over.
A very thorough check and for the peace of mind it was well worth it.
When you get as ancient as us its good to know that there are no problems lurking, so £100 was well spent I think.
