    exactly the same Bryan,

you are covered, not the vehicle.

only thing it doesnt cover is motorbikes and toads.

toads are covered for breakdown only while being towed, not recovery.

if the RV breaks down and needs recovery you must use the toad for you and your passengers unless you are the only driver and are taken ill i beleive.

it cost £80 for arrival on direct debit and £36 for C+CC fee.

    Arrival, provided by RAC

    Benefits include
15% discount every year you're an Arrival member
Off road assistance – including recovery from a UK campsite (provided vehicular access is permitted)
No width or length restrictions for caravans/trailers/motorhomes of proprietary make
Covers breakdowns on the caravan and trailer not just your vehicle
Covers you as a driver or passenger in your or another vehicle (non-commercial vehicles, excluding certain vehicle types)
Arrival Return – taking you to your pre-booked UK campsite and back home again if your vehicle cannot be repaired (when Recovery has been taken as a membership option)
ReUnite – brings the vehicle and caravan/trailer together if they are separated due to a breakdown
No European supplements for trailers and older vehicles if taken as an option :thumb:

    just to clarify....

not accumulating...just 15% per year of normal price.

got them to accept my pickup

doesnt apply to a toad or motorbike.

    Thanks for the replies:thumb:

    Just to clarify...

When the member of the scheme is in a car, the car is covered for:

    Breakdown assistance?
    Relay?
    Homestart?
    ??

as long as you asked for that level of cover then yes.....you are covered personally in any vehicle (within their limits)...passenger or driver wether you own it or not

    go for it Bryan.

the cost of recovering an RV will be horrendous to pay privately.

ps.....recovery should now be in one journey....not relay as was
