hi all looking at this model tomorrow and have limited info on it. My main worry is the payload as i wish to carry a bike that weighs 97kg in the garage.
It is only a 3500kg van so can anyone tell me how good these vans are when it comes to carrying the load ,should i be worried that with my bike in and full tanks ie fuel and water and the normal fridge full of beer that i will be over the limit thanks

not long enough
I would say yes you should be worried, cant imagine you can hang 100kg on the back of many mh's without pushing the limits

We have a twin axled 5ton Mercedes Hymer and thought we had masses to spare, until we went to a weighbridge, had to get uprated or leave one of us behind :) and we only have an electric bike in the garage

Be careful

thanks David i have bought it any way and will take it to a weigh bridge and see exactly what i have to play with.
I believe that it can be uprated to 3750 easily enough

Not sure what year you're looking at but on a 2005 one the payload was only 480kg so that's not enough, IMV, to enable you to carry your normal stuff plus the bike and kit, you might be able to uprate but it's not guaranteed.

I don't think you'll do it unless you put the bike on a trailer ... the towbar alone will weigh a fair bit.
