The other day whilst in Queensgate Peterborough I spoke to a BT salesman about the BT dongle for internet connection which is a one off payment of £39.95 and includes £10 top up which would give 1gig of use about 400 minutes something like 10p a mb and he also stated I could use it whilst in Europe at the same cost ,as this seemed a good deal I though I would speak to BT when I got home to confirm the deal " HE WAS WRONG " it is £7.50 per mb roaming which would make 1gig a whopping £75.00 for 400 mnutes , so I think I will pass on this one and keep on using Macdonalds as before for FREE internet whilst in Europe:Rofl1:

In recent weeks I have had cause to do some quite serious 'executive shopper buying' for internet and fone connections for some people.

That was for television, broadband, and even basic telephone requirements

In act the ONLY plus I could come up with was the broadband help line is an 0800 number..

Even people who work for BT rarely use their services nowadays.

In every single case BT came out the bottom of the pile..

Things they came bottom or within 2 of the bottom:
    Costings ( bottom )
    Reliability ( 2nd from bottom )
After sales ( except on broadband ) bottom
    Television costing ( bottom )
    Equipment supply ( bottom )
Workmanship ( bottom .. this by a long way too )

There were a few other criteria but no need to beat the donkey to death here !
