The main fiat agent is on Huyton industrial estate if that fails.

cant help with sourcing a spring but you should always fit a pair.

the originals will have weakened with age and load and to fit just one will probably raise that side to the point of being lop-sided.

These guys here can supply uprated springs for your motor home and will deliver, A good opertunity to improve your vans suspension
If fitting standard springs you dont have to replace both but it is good practise to do so.:thumb:
If uprating, then both have to be replaced

I only replaced one spring to start with and i needed 0.5bar in the airide on one side and 5.0 bar in the other to keep the back end level (side to side) Go for two:Smile:

Mine cracked in exactly the same place as yours... (and it passed an MOT)

I'm in the same boat - I also need a pair (Yes, replace them as pairs - not one at a time ! ) - The is a company near where I used t live in the midlands called (oddly!) Midland Road Springs at Coleshill - no number at the mo, but, they will be in the directory for that area.

A quick ebay search pulled the following -

Hi

Looking around a few forums in the last few days have noticed a few Fiat's that are coming up for MOT's seem to be needing springs replacing, don't know if this is a trend but might be worth watching. Have put this on both spring posts

40 yrs and still not got a release date
They supplied. I found them cheaper than ebay and Carl, the guy I spoke to was very, very efficient. Springs arrived next day and I got my local garage to fit them
