The cord has broken in the bedroom window blind, can this be repaired, if so how, or is it a dealer problem. I know it is covered under warranty, but our dealer is a bit too far for a small item if I can do it.

One of ours went on holiday, luckily our dealer is only 1/2 hour away so we got them to do it. The guy told Alan it's a very fiddly job and time consuming and he hates doing them, so I assume it's quite common. If you can get the cord I suppose you could have a go yourself if you don't want to travel to your dealer.

Probably not broken the end of the cord is just wrapped around a self tapping screw, they often pull out. If it is broken easy to replace, get some kite line of the right size, can buy on ebay by the metre.
