I had the same thought, however it is a unique act just a shame Jack could not win. But we will be seeing more of him and many of the others in the future, a lot of talent there that's for sure. It made a change to watch a true variety show, they seem to have disappeared in recent years.

just about all of the acts were tops . think it would be hard to get that much talent on one show again ., they could almost all have won . mind i didnt like the woman impressionist.
but what a talented lot of kids . pure brill.

I would say they all deserved a place in the final and could easily fill the bill and be the royal variety show itself. Certainly some real talent this year and I expect to see some of them have good careers from it.

I wonder what happened to the previous winners as most like George Samson have just taken the money and not been seen since

As for the Hungarian group, very clever but not what the show should be about....showcasing BRITISH talent, as in the name

Won't be long before they qualify for citizenship! They've been here since the start of the series after all.

I agree - Foreigners got talent.
They are very good[HI] and a novel act[/HI] - but not British.

Take a look on YouTube.

There are many better shadow dancing acts around, and have been so for a while.
It is probably just the first time this type of act has been shown on peak time national UK TV.

I saw some teenage kids in a village in Philippines many years ago do this shadow dancing, purely because it was cheap and simple to perform, with a lamp and a large white sheet, but it was very effective.

When a young British lass can write and perform at such a level and yet foreigners win BGT , perhaps the eggs were just reward :Eeek:

My favourites were Jack, The ventriloquist and the shadow act.

Had the show been given a different name, like the worlds got talent, then fine.

But I agree completely that travelling from Hungary just to enter is not what the show is about. Does Hungary not have an equivalent show?

I really felt for the runner up. I thought that 14 year old comedian would have been a brilliant act for the Royal Variety Performance and its great to see people with disabilities doing so well on a show where they rarely get to the finals.

Attraction have previously entered the Hungarian version of the show, and they were also semi-finalists on Germany's Got Talent........
No one can say they are not triers........

I did not like their performance tonight though, I thought it was a bit contrived, purely to try to take votes.....

They certainly did not perform a Hitler shadow scene on Germany's Got Talent...

But then again winners like to hang out with winners (Churchill) and all that.........:RollEyes:

Just in fun guys......... just in fun..........(honest)::bigsmile:::bigsmile:

Bet they are saying "where to next year"

Italys got talent? Russias got talent? Pakistan's got Talent?

Still only a year after many years camping
Just goes to show the stupidity of the great British public to vote for a foreign act:Angry:

I enjoyed the ventriloquist enormously - very cleverly put together and a true talent, as was Jack. Both worthy winners IMHO. :thumb:(And a nice change from yet another singer/dance act.)

Young Jack was the true winner.
What a well adjusted kid.
A Role Model, not for kids with disabilities, but for all youngsters.

The young lass Gabz should have been runner up.

Great future, both of them.

I'm a newbie
I thought that Attraction were brilliant and I have never seen anything like it,

having said that,

I am annoyed that the British public chose a foreign act over homegrown talent, or did the rest of Europe have access to voting????

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
I wonder what % of all the people moaning about a non British act winning , actually voted?

I only tend to watch the auditions , unless there's nothing else on TV.
We are usually out on a Saturday night , be it home or away anyway.
