Does anyone know of a breakers yard where I might find the chassis rear sub frame for a 2001 Swift motorhome.

Sorry cannot help with that but I would think that even if you did it would likely be a similar condition.
You would likely be better off finding a good local fabrication business to make one for you

Try Breakers Yard.com. We used them when we wanted a part for the Motorhome and found them very helpful. Part arrived in condition they said it was in at the time they said it would arrive. Worth a try.

It is breakeryard.com (no "s" in the name).

Is it a Swift part or a chassis manufacturers part?

I suspect it's a Swift part. I've put a request in to Breakeryard.com so I'll wait to see if there are any results.
