ive noticed more travelers are using motorhomes what i dont understand is if they had no number plates on why were the police not all over them?

As I posted before I had 2 lots separately in North Devon without plates on van or vehicle. On second occasion a copper in an unmarked volvo came in to use the toilets & when I spoke to him he didn't want to know.

Looks like a stage managed picture by the Echo using somebody's pride and joy. Why else would there be a strategically placed wheelie bin across the number plate. Just pandering to a egotistical councillor.
