Bonnet Refuses To Open X250 (1 Viewer)

Fiat Ducato x250 - does anyone know how to open the bonnet if it gets stuck. I can hear the mechanism clicking when Mrs Colpot pulls the lever but as much as I try pushing and lifting the bonnet is firmly latched.

Is the cable slack,it may have come adrift or broken.

Give it a good tug from the outside & dont slamn it shut
I know its not quite the same model but it happened on mine & i pulled hard on the bonnet & it released now I dont slam or drop the bonnet.

Try pushing hard down on the bonnet (or even thumping it) whilst the release is being pulled.

When you get bonnet open, screw the 2 rubber stoppers on crossmember that bonnet rests on up a couple of turns, they will then act as a spring, allowing you to get fingers under to release the safety lever.
