Can other devices connect OK to the router on WiFi?

My daughters machine logged off and would not log back into the router. But I kept at it and continued trying to log in and after about the 15th attempt it was OK. Then the other day she told me she couldn't log in again. I've not looked at it yet.

This Blackberry has done it before dumped all the connection from the Wi-Fi I asked on here before and i can't actually remember what we did to rectify the problem..It may have been a system wipe and reboot sort of thing..I csan't remember who posted what to do but we did it..lost a couple of apps and my photos but it worked

    Oh well..

This sounds stupid but are you 100% sure you are putting correct password in ? I got my mate to come and look at mt first tablet and he simply told me I was putting in the wrong password :Doh:After he told me my correct one no problems :Rofl1::Rofl1:
I could have sworn I was doing the correct one
