Black Forest

    We have travelled the Mosel and Rhine. Through Germany to the Black Forest. Now at a super stellplatz at Bad Krozingen. 14 euros per night with electric and water. Great thing is you get free transport on bus and rail network. Throughout the Black Forest area. Intended staying for a couple of nights, but may stay longer now looking at the opportunities to travel. Oh and you get free access to the swimming pool here too.

    Staufen is a lovely town in the Black Forest, just a short walk from the town in ine direction and the chocolate factory in the other and the showers are fabulous. :BigGrin:

    We're heading that way in July. Stayed as a kid (and more recently) at a site at Kirchzarten, which is just to the East of Frieburg. So continuing the family tradition! Then overnight in the alps and then down into Italy . . .:Smile:
