I have seen a few in use. They look very good. ScotJim used one for a while, a Thule (I think) He gave it a good review:thumb: Not sure if he was towing with it as well though.

I used one when I had a caravan really good and easy to use. As normal many different makes on the market cheaper and more expensive. I bought mine from towsure I think not very expensive.

    All the best

I have two types of towball bike racks but neither allow you to tow at the same time as they use the towball for mounting.

Hi, I take it your thinking one of these:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CAR-TOWBAR-TO...Panniers_SR&hash=item3cadf44ea2#ht_1769wt_754

I never think they look very safe when I have seen them.

We have a Thule that we use on my car, but you cant tow with it, because it fits on the tow ball. :thumb: What are you towing " a Toad " or a trailer, if its a trailer you might be able to fit something like they fit on the a frame on caravans. Bob.

I had one years ago. It was OK but did come adrift on an uneven bit of road on one occasion. It was a cheap one though. I also in the past had a scooter rack that still allowed use of the tow bar, made by some chap in the midlands.
Not very helpful I know but they do exist.
