I am going to get a mountain bike to take on trips to make it easier to get asbout. However i don't think i have spce on back for bike rack (large window and ladder for roof rack).

I have heard of bike racks that go straight on to the tow bar.

Where can i get these and does anyone have experience of using one?

We've got a rack on the back of ours and it also has a ladder for the roof and a large window. May just give you some other options.

personally, having had a rack practically come off the back of my van, never again. I now have the thule bike rack the same as Jim is selling above. Sadly I dn't know he was selling before i got mine or I would of bought his. If you have a towbar, utilise it and get a thule:thumb:
