hi i can see some logic in combining it with one of the shows as there will be more chance of recruiting new funsters.
there may also be a chance for acquiring sponsors for future events ie. caterers / entertainment etc.

maybe the best solution would be to have a mini birthday bash at all rallies/shows where Jim and Sian are in attendance then you have more chance of attending a birthday bash

just make it last all month :thumb::thumb::thumb:

I'm struggling with full rally and personal calendars to find a suitable date so I am shelving plans for a BAR this year. Next year will be our 5th anniversary so it will be a better celebration. Once I have squared away the big show rallies in the calendar for next year I will choose a date, giving everyone interested time to block out a chunk of their diary:thumb: I have settled on a format of a 9 day rally, two weekends, with a week in the middle so funsters can choose from two weekends or midweek or infact all of it

I think that is a better plan, if you give another notice then hopefully more people can make it. It is also good that you are spanning two weekends too.
