Beware ! Fake Adobe flash player update (1 Viewer)

[MC 55 FUN]

I've just had the second Adobe flash player update prompt appear from nowhere whilst browsing MH Fun, the first occurrence was a week ago, it seems at first glance to be genuine, but then my Norton Internet Security kicks in & states it is not.

I'm by no means a computer genius, hence my @Gromett request, if you have Norton or similar internet security on your P.C. it should detect it as mine did Joy - IF IN DOUBT DO NOT INSTALL.

This seems to be the culprit :

JS downloader
JS/Downloader Agent is a malicious software that once it is executed has the capability of replicating itself and infect other files and programs. These type of malware, called Viruses, can steal hard disk space and memory that slows down or completely halts your PC.

PS: I long ago posted regarding flash and strongly recommended that everyone uninstalls flash.. With the advent of HTML5, Flash is not required.

If a website is still using it, I would recommend not visiting that website as they really don't care about your security.

Flash won't work on iPad , I sometimes get something that needs it and wants to install it , but it never has.

Flash won't work on iPad , I sometimes get something that needs it and wants to install it , but it never has.

Adobe won't licence flash player on Andriod machines either.
Spit out their dummy a while ago over some licencing issue or something and pulled the plug.
