Best vehicle batter for a 2013 Peugeot ? (1 Viewer)

Battery on our 2013 Peugeot Boxer 130 BHP is not holding its charge. Left for a week and its dropped from full charge at 12.7 to about 11.6 which equates to 70%. It was slow turning over this morning

Looking for recommendations for a new battery. I want to fit the biggest most capable battery I can. Cost is not the issue. I like most want a good price but really the main thing is is to get the best battery.

That's not very old, are you sure it is the battery at fault ? Have you measured the discharge on it ?

I think it was PUG that were fitting the wrong size battery? I'm sure free replacements are available.
A starter battery should last a minimum of 6 yrs so I agree some investigation is called for

Discharge on the BM1 is zero....

When I took the floor panel out just now there is a fairly big plastic junction box that fits to the positive terminal. There are two screws that help secure this box that go into two pre made apertures in the battery.

The present battery is a Fiamm 12V 95AH 680AH.

I seem to remember a thread where it was said a bigger battery should have been fitted.

I took the positive terminal off so I could see the info on the battery. When I put it back a sort of buzzer went off . Is this normal ?

To be honest I just want to get the biggest best battery I can and be done with it. Im struggling for time here just now so running into Peugeot Worcester who frankly are hopeless is not worth the agg.

Yes they all do and the same one I fitted
