I suppose it depends on whether you want it as a windbreak or a privacy wall. We have a windbreak on board but rarely use it. (in fact we have 2.. A large multi coloured one and a much smaller and daintier blue grey one that matches our awning)
I'm not really a fan of them to be honest and if you're going to Europe you may find that a lot of sites have segregated pitches with bushes and hedges between them
I agree with SDC77. We use one for the UK but we don't bother taking it to Europe. Its not appropriate to put one up on aires in France and so many sites have natural windbreaks/privacy anyway.
