I hope they are better than their website.

But seriously good luck to them, manufacturing in UK and oop north is brilliant. A shed load of caravan jobs have gone in the area so they should have some good skilled staff.

Agree absolutely. Is anybody "tantalised" by this sort of obscure marketing? I visit websites to get information, not to be drawn into some 5th rate mystery saga.

The new Bentley motorhomes are good looking creations but beware of the pitiful payload..................260KGs was quoted to me at the NEC show by John Cockburn himself.

I thought the website was OK, but for leading up to the launch when the product was a secret to be unveiled. Now its out and launched, the site does not work.

The site lacks the stunning pictures of the product it so needs. There are some but you need to dig hard to find them. They also need to ditch the layout diagrams, they look awful, like they are describing some 1960's Russian state issue motorhomes to the party faithful.

I tried to look at them at the NEC but twice I visited and the stand was literally packed, jam packed, so i didn't get to see it. More the merrier, competition drives down prices and pushes quality up:thumb:

Oh PLEASE...

"elegant yet strong curves for the back panel..."

"lights which echo the oval shapes in our company branding..."

"practical flexibility on the road..."

Who thinks of this drivel?

Who pays them to think it?

Who buys a motorhome as a result of it?

Let's hope it is not another example of the modern day trend for image and bullsh*t over quality and content...

Some more to ponder JJ

* a wealth of trend-setting new features,

* Exclusive, elegant, dynamic.

* A world full of fascination and innovations

* the fusion of skilled craftsmanship and emotion.

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
I think for some of the new motorhomes weve seen, they just ought to say,
" flimsy and plastic entry level caravan styled boxes , stuck to a chassis and sold at a premium "
They'd be nearer the truth.:Blush:
So this new company may do better. By using the name Bentley people would expect quality though.

Hi Jim
looks as though aotocruise have gone up in the world. We live 1/2
mile away from the factory and not a word in the local press. Does this mean thay have cut all links with Swift and autocruise are no longer trading from Swinton.

I have just had a look at their new web site - and was totally blown away by the following statement:

Next to the fridge we have crafted four, high quality drawers which are perfect for storing kitchen utensils.

Now, I'm sorry - but if they think that would encourage me to buy one of their most expensive motorhomes............................. :ROFLMAO:

Hi Mo and Dick...

I guess if the drawers are "crafted" they are much better than if they were just "built." Someone MUST fall for this stuff... why else would they pay people to write it? :Doh:
