I read in the Chausson section last week that you can adjust the two front springs with a spanner - drop the bed half way - stand at the front and you can just see the nuts where it connects to the tracks.... so i did this on Friday with my Benimar - and yes no squeaking ..ps check for loose screws in the front vertical tracks - if protruding will catch the bed on its way down. (y)

There are two points (in the Benimar 202) at which the bed is attached to the vertical tracks - these two have a thread and nut inside the bed frame and there is also a spring to tension this - by adjusting the tension you can reduce the rattle when travelling :cool:
