Maybe you already know, but maybe not. I have just read that a new series (9) of Benidorm will be coming to our screen in March!

Yes, I understand that but I just think its a very funny TV program wth some great characters. I have watched most series over again and there is always something new. Its rare a TV comedy makes for laughs out loud, but for me this one does.

Having "Tonka Towers" in Benidorm we are over a lot and often see the filming, plus if you get a 446 radio you can hear the filming conversations (shh..)..

Many of the cast can be found in the Funster Karaoke bar "IDOLS".. Late night when they get a break.

Dont think it's as good as early days but will wait and check out the new one..

Wife, Sister and Daughter met this dodgy "spanish" waiter.. LOL

Originally was good BUT now went off the boil when they started bringing in "BIG" names to bolster a poor storyline there is very little of real Benidorm behaviour just the drunken type that the authorities are trying to cut down

EG It is now supposed to be illegal to drive a mobility scooter on the pavement , it has been illegal to hire scooters to non handicapped people (ie without a blue badge)

Both still occurs --- never mind will still be there in September and will look out for our friends who are extras in the show watch out for the bloke on the mountain bike

Thats odd.
Last year we got pulled up for using one in the road !

Amazed at the numbers of mobility scooters; saw plenty of 2-seaters today but not a 3-seater. Benidorm now Mobilty Scooter Capital of Europe!

Have you any idea just how many bars there are in Benidorm. There is no way you can do a pub crawl without a mobility scooter. Even cabaret acts use them for travelling from one venue to another as there is nowhere to park.
