do I have a fault or is it only the leisure battery that gets charged when plugged in

thanks for any help

Hi Neil and :welcome:

Your battery voltages appear to be about right and fully charged.

When on hook-up your on board charger should charge all batteries although you may have to switch between the leisure batteries and the starter battery unless you have a battery manager installed.

depends how your van has been wired.

some do charge the engine battery when on hookup...some dont

some do it automatically...some dont.

if you let us know the actual van make/model rather than the base vehicle make it will help to get the correct answer from other owners of the same van.
