Can't recommend these highly enough. After 18 months the wife's bike had a minor problem. I broke the stand so contacted batribike to purchase a replacement . They offered straight away to fix this free of charge if I took the bike back to the place of purchase. After asking if I could fit it myself as it was a bit of a problem taking it back, no problem and they shipped the part to me super quick.

We had exactly the same problem and response. Great product done 1500 miles on mine and its better than ever.
Definitely recommend.
