rang up on saturday for the forms to go to the truck shoe in august they still havn t arrivedso sent cheque for both shows but only had the form for steamengine rally put a not in saying still awaiting form sent it off yesterday:thumb:

I spoke to the organisers and there is no problem people turning up and paying at the gate, just say you are with Motorhome Fun.

Peter no problems, you can download the form on the website link on first page of this thread and send with a cheque or you can pay on the day you arrive just tell them you are with motorhome fun.
Just let us know if you are defently coming.

Just as a warning to everyone there is a weight limit in barnard castle over the bridge of 7.5 ton i believe it is camera monitored so do not risk it.

If any one needs directions just let me know

Are you saying that anyone with this weight needs to be re-directed - we are just on the limit but I know Tony and Ruth are definitely over 7.5 ton.

May be an idea to put the alterative directions on anyway?

Can't see a problem i was talking to the organiser tonight and said that Sally would be arriving in the car later on Friday and he was ok with that, But i will give him a ring tomorrow to confirm

As stated earlier here are some directions for people that want to bypass Barnard Castle because of the weight issue.

This only applies to anyone travelling with a vehicle over 7.5 tons.

At jct 56 turn left onto B6275 continue to Piercebridge at A67 junction turn left to Barnard Castle. As you enter Barnard Castle at the first roundabout just past the filling station turn right onto the A688 the show is just over a mile along this road on the left.
