Shiftzz and David Bailey be afraid, a new photographic Kid on the block:Rofl1:
Roof looks ok. Replace a few tiles and job done.
Or in estate agent speak. "Requires updating".
If it was cheap enough I would buy it and make 4 houses out of that much space :Rofl1:
Thousands of them in France better condition for less than £20000, keep looking to buy one to park the van on but can never just find one where we want it or some other problem:thumb:
This is the latest I have been looking at ,I know it's not a barn, but it's in the right area, what do you think, possibilitys ?:thumb:
Btw if one of you goes and buys it ,hope you let us park on it for the info:BigGrin::BigGrin:
Access to services?
Methinks if it had anything like that or any chance in hell of planning permission, it would be up for a lot more than that. OTOH with the taxation on inheritances being such as it is in France, if it's a case of that - you could prolly knock em down if you could only find out WHO is selling it !
Not really looking for pp , too old to start buildingoh: but having always been into farming and land , clearing it off would be very enjoyable , and if there was any chance of making some sort of campsite , better still, but it's a very debate able thing , with free aires everywhere do you really need your own ground, I keep looking then persuade myself out of buying over there, actually bought a house in a village once but then run in before signing, that was three years ago and as far as I know it's still for sale now and that was only £12000 , house and large garden so don't suppose I'll ever get round to itoh:oh:
