I bought a cadac Safari Chef from HAMILTON GAS PRODUCTS they were the cheapest I could find & they delivered very quickly.
Don't buy the Safari Chef HP - no heat compared to the LP.
Got mine from there a couple of weeks ago, excellent service, delivered in two days. Got the little one (Cadac Eazi Chef £57) and used it at stratford, great for two, would be a bit small for a family I think.
hi Ted and welcome to the fun.....
a cadac is going to cost around £100 regardless of where you buy one:Sad:
nice find but not worth the money in my opinion.
needs to be placed on a table to be at a usable height and runs on disposible canisters (high pressure) which may work out expensive and doesnt produce the heat a low pressure, calor fired, one does
much better to buy a carry-chef or safari-chef and run on your calor bottle and already at a good working height:thumb:.
Hi ted and:welcome:
Not a cadac but it runs for 20 hours on a 907 cylinder and its £49-99 less your Funster discount if you phone up
More of a frying pan than a BBQ though.
Hi Ted We got ours at Riversway good product, regarding it being low we solved that by buying a pealla stand it sit nicely on top to give standing height for cooking.:thumb::thumb: Peter
Was only a suggestion, got plenty of others!:Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:
