B584 high beam headlight (1 Viewer)

On of my high beam headlights seems to have come loose and is pointing to the ground so not high enough, when I have a feel it seems to be held at the top ok but when I point it in the right direction it just swings back down. Any idea how they are held in place, can't see in there its a bit tight

I think I know what the fix is for anyone else with this problem and I will take it apart and elaborate at a later date, but I think they are held in by a fairly simple three fixings to a plate bolted to the fibreglass front and in my case the small bottom fixing has come loose from the plate
