Having had the van (2002 B544 Classic) a little over 4 years...I decided it was time to take it past a weighbridge, something I've been meaning to do but never got around to 
.
It's gross max is just 3400kg and I'm sure I've read lots about b544's not having a particularly good payload weight. Well, it was a very pleasant surprise when it came in at 3080kg with a half tank of fuel and everything else except water the bikes and food.
320kg to play around with...very happy with that, may even offer to take the grandchildren away ...mmm second thoughts maybe not!
