Confucius say

Man who leave awning unattended soon be parted from it..

Once you see one 'over the roof' you won't questing that wisdom.. straps or no straps..

I use these storm straps and plates on the leg feet.. .. but as soon as it gets gusty I wind it in.. and never leave out while unattended..

I am looking for the triangular clips that slide into the awning edge track.
They are about 4 x 4 x 4 inches and slide into the track.
Anyone know the part No ???
Thanks
Mitch.

@jenny and mitch - I think these guys (amongst others) were selling what you are looking for at Newbury, although they don't seem to be on this website, might be worth an email or ring if you are still looking.

or this if it's a 4mm channel ...

Thanks Jim..
Onemanandhisdog !!! THAT IS the little bugger I have been looking for !! MANY thanks mate...
They don't chip the coating off the rail like the metal ones do...
All I have to do now is work out how to stop them sliding out of the channel when attaching the tie down kit and tensioning up !!
Very many thanks mate..
Mitch.
PS. Not cheap are they....

Getting better month by month.
I use the Peggy peg system. Clamp plates for the feet and tie down kit for the front. The kit comes with plastic clips for the tie down kit to fit into any size rail.
