Has anyone achieved the seemingly impossible? That is find an Awning that's made to fit a Ducato high roof van:cry:. I am looking for the more traditional canvas type that isn't too large but would be big enough to put up a Tent style sleeping compartment occasionally. All the ones I've seen are too low including the one we currently have which is very nice but when the sliding door is open you have a lovely view above the awning direct to the outside ( not ideal) Of course there's the sliding door to negotiate as well which makes forming a decent weatherproof seal very difficult. any help would be great.

many many years! since I was a kid
dorema used to do the highlander II, which was a high top version. We had one with a PVC a few years back , great awning. Also had a harringtons high top awning, but quality was rubbish

Modern dome awnings dont appear to made anything near as high

Just checked and dorema now do a challenger II which would be suitable

If you give Darren, Matt, Jon, Grace or Lynda a ring, I am sure they can find something suitable. 01-580-883062

Thanks for the offer. The only thing is it doesn't look any taller than mine although its obviously difficult to tell just off a photo. What type of van have you used it with?
