awning arm

    Hiya my awning came crashing down snapping the bolt on bottom of arm which connects to bottom of awning:-( also casing has came away from body at top- anyone know where I can have it fixed im in co Durham regards melly

    What type of awning is it and can you post pics of the damage?

    Hiya its a Thule omnistor 5003 two screws have come away from top of awning which is connected to mhome body ill try to get pics thnx

    Also at bottom of arm which folds away a steel connector has totally snapped where it connects to bottom of awning :'(

    if the casing has twisted, its often fatal for the awning. at best, even with new parts, the awning wont open or close properly again
