I recently purchased a 16in Avtex TV from VanBitz. Straight out of the box and when checked the pictures were posterised with people's faces left blotchy with too much colour.
I phoned Avtex and they talked me through a factory reset which did not work and they then arranged (at no cost to me) to have the television picked up by a carrier, fixed and sent back to me all within four working days.
That is service at it's best and why I think it is worth paying that little bit extra for.
The television is now fixed in my van and looks great. Thanks Avtex.
