After seeing the recent thread about TomTom stopping map updates, I couldn't recall what system is coming with my new Auto-Sleeper and on checking the spec sheet, it looks like it has the Avtex/Garmin collaboration 'Caravan Club Edition'.

On paper it sounds ideal with free European lifetime map updates, free lifetime digital traffic, Caravan Club site database, over 9000 sites, ACSI database, POIs, blue tooth reversing camera input etc.

What are they really like ? :xsmile:

It's a special edition of the 660 LMT-D which is, I believe, more or less the same as the 760 LMT-D but with a 6 inch screen rather than a 7 inch screen. We've had our 760 since March 2015 and very pleased with it.

I've got one. Wasn't sure at first but now really like it. Just come back from a short trip to Bruges, it pick up the fact the A9 was closed and routed me around it, using the smartphone app with it is a must to get the most out of it

It's a. glorified garmin camper.Had one for a couple of years before switching to TomTom.
Good points
Big screen
Clear spoken directions.
Easy to use

Bad points
Traffic not as good as TomTom
POI databases well out of date.
Garmin express is a nightmare to use.

Aldi have them for £199 and have even been £139 on occasions.
