HAB DOOR NOT LOCKING / OPENING with keyfob and central locking..

Common problem on later Autotrails.
The contacts appear to be steel and as such rust easily, this prevents the electrical connection and results in the door not locking or unlocking in line with the key fob and the central locking system..
To resolve the fittings need a clean to remove the rust, once done the lock works perfect..
Off to find some Vaseline and give contacts a wipe over, see if that helps any..

Our Hartal Habitation door central locking stopped working again a few days ago, I had to rewire it last year because the supply cables to the door sheared, due to poor design, the cables cannot sustain the flexing of the door when opening and closing, they work hardened and sheared in less than four years, clearly the system is not fit for purpose!! (also my repair):Angry:, probably look for a contact system as yours when we get home.:thumb:
