autotrail apache 700 se 2008 water ingress/ damp (1 Viewer)

Hi all . Having purchased my new motorhome a few weeks ago privatly I have noticed damp in the front habitation area.its in the front Dinnet the seat behind the drivers. The cushion nearest the window is damp on the edge nearest the window. And the carpet underneath in the storage is soaking. Is this a problem with this model .I hope its repairable as I love the motorhome. Any help pkease

That's a pain.

I don't think it's a common fault of that model in particular but I am no expert.

I would get it to a dealer ASAP to see how bad it is

Yes I have heard of it several times.. Even has a video on youtube..
