I received an email today from Autotrail,they now have an 'ask the expert' service.
Here it is

Yes, received same email. They also have a new repair centre at Grimsby so that is handy if you want the people that make the motorhome to repair it. Hope I never need that service however it might be better than some dealers trying to repair the motorhomes!

Thanks for that link, I have just sent them an e-mail explaining all my woes !! I ended the mail with "please restore my faith in your product" so let's see what happens.
