The ply panel that the water tank sits on between the two hangers is delaminating. Has any one got any bright ideas on a simply whay to change it. I am not keen on disconnecting the pipe work unless I have to

Thanks ; yes it would be sensible to clean the tank, but it is rather large and was hoping to get away with out moving it. But I think I will have to as it is going to be the simplist way to get the size correct for the mounting board

Can't remember ;)
How bad is the de-lamination ?it could well last yrs with just the edges looking scruffy :thumb: even if it fails completely (which I doubt)the straps will still hold the tank in place ::bigsmile: then you can cut some new ply and watch it de-laminate again :winky:::bigsmile:
