Had an Autocruise Sportstar and apart from minor faults missed by the PDI it was a very reliable vehicle. Good to drive and very economical with fuel . Now got an AutoTrail and wish the fuel consumption and acceleration was the same.

Hi I've got Autocruise Starfire 2011 can't fault it , apart from storage as it's only 6 mtrs had to use a back box for chairs wedges etc, difdn't like heavy table (lifting out of wardrobe also a bit low to eat off) so made a swivel 2ft x 2ft table behind passenger seat ,works a treat. just right for the 2 of us. We had a 2006 Autocruise Stardream and found it a compfortable 2nd home. Took us to Baltic States and Sahara/Morocco. The biggest problem was the very low ground clearance. Had the elec step removed, but several times we still grounded in Morocco and Spain. The m/home has a great payload of 697k. I understand the Swift equiv is around 450kg. We trusted the vehicle generally and felt we could go anywhere with it,but as stated the low ground clearance was a worry at times. Again I understand the Swift version is not on the Alko chassis as was ours, therefor the ground clearance is not as critical. Any questions please get back.
