Panel van
I think you should be careful if you are buying a panel van. We had an Aztec conversion and after having had a vw villa XL factory conversion we found a lot of difference. The panel van was not well insulated so we could hardly use it in winter..it was generally noisier and less comfortable than the vw transporter. We now have a Vw topaz which has a toilet but only a double bed so maybe not perfect for you.
Be aware that if you get a toilet you generally lose storage space because of it. We find we need to store chairs etc in the shower room when travelling but I am too old to be going across campsites at night to go to the toilet.
I wonder if a peugot boxer might suit you.
