A bit stick as chap buying my van wanted to to keep my insurance on it till he arrives in UK May He is originally British and holds UK passport as well. Plus has an address here.

I was happy enough with this as he paid a good price.....My problem now is I can't use no claims from van as not valid on two vehicles:( he says he can't insure it till he is here.) Anyone know a way please?

Plus van going to his brothers property where he leaves his vans but doubt it's insured anyway as not at my address? :(

    Confused of london:)

Judge - you are still the keeper & owner as you haven't got the money yet and it's still on your property. Even if you've sold it you can still be registered on the log book as the keeper.

Once I get the money I wouldn't keep it insured for him, what happens if van is damaged would he want to claim off your insurance then you wouldn't have no claims and future insurance would be more expensive for you as you've made a claim.
